I have read everywhere about kale chips, and have seen some packaged ones available at the store. I decided to make my own today.
I roughly followed a recipe that said to bake torn pieces of kale at 350° for 12-15 minutes, covered with whatever seasoning you'd like. I used Eden Foods Organic Seaweed Gomasio Sesame Salt - it's salty and full of flavor from the sesame and sea vegetables.
They turned out... alright. Some of them were kind of burnt and way crunchy and light, others still a little bit wet and similar to pan-wilted. I will have to try again some other time!
Do you have a good recipe for kale chips?
